The various related news
08.03.2008 ... Well my dear visitors, as an addition to changing the "keywords" meta element as I mentioned in the previous news-entry I've edited the content of the "description" meta element too so that now each page has its own unique subject/topic description related only to this particular page (as it's considered the "right thing" by one of the main SEO principles; see also the events-entry "02.03.2008" on the page events12 on my main computing related website), rather than all the pages having the same one compare to before this update. While of course, as usual I also made a few other changes to the site's code; if you want see the A banal question on two variants of 'form' code and A problem with one variant of the bookmark form threads that I opened on DP forum, but I thought that they are not worth being mentioned separately.
01.02.2008 ... I didn't plan any changes for this update (at least worth mentioning), however I must tell you that on previous minor update a few days ago (I didn't mention it here on the news page though) I did one quite an important thing, i.e. I have finally edited the content of the "keywords" meta element so that now each page has its own unique set of keywords that relates only to it, and not as it was before, when all the pages had the same set, namely this one: "blog, general, homepage, homesite, link, navigation, page, persic, personal, site, tadej, webpage, website" relating to them altogether. And this is now actually my first website that uses keywords in such a way. And during the last few weeks I updated the Creative Commons License from 2.5 to 3.0 Unported version, and also I re-formatted all the .css files; nothing drastic though, I just removed unnecessary spaces and carriage-returns.
13.01.2008 ... And this is a very first news-entry in the year 2008, so as first, I wish all the visitors/readers of this website (I know there are not many though) a productive and above all, a happy and joyful year 2008. And now finally to the website related stuff: in this update I created a new "the-news-old-2" page (beside the already existing "the-news-old-1" one), into which I moved the older news-entries. And also, from the last update, I added the "Google Page Rank" button from MyPagerank.Net to all the website's pages. While as a related note, I noticed that if one bookmarks a page on this website with that button above, the bookmark form adds a "Load in sidebar" checkbox (at least in the Firefox web-browser); for more details see the A bookmark form adds 'Load in sidebar' in Firefox thread that I opened on DP forum in which I asked if there is any way to avoid this.
